Art and Vibrancy for the Lunar New Year

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, we are thrilled to host Lion Dances, infusing vibrant energy and excitement at Langham Place and Three Garden Road to usher in good fortune.

We have also partnered with a renowned local tattoo and print artist, Li Ning (李寧) to create the stunning Goldfish Art Experience Pavilion. Featuring playful goldfish that symbolises prosperity and joy, this pavilion allows us to share our best wishes with everyone.

Spreading Love Through Community Care Campaign

We partnered with the social enterprise, Project Futurus, to host a Voluntary Day for the “Sensory Restaurant on Wheels” community programme. A group of colleagues from various business units transformed into the chefs and waiters, bringing the immersive yum cha experience to more than 80 seniors living in the Joyful Garden in Kwu Tung North.

We hosted the second tenant engagement workshop on the theme of “Innovating Sustainability: Smart Waste Management”. This capacity-building initiative, part of EcoChampion Pledge, aimed at empowering participants with sustainable practices through knowledge-sharing sessions.

Sustainable Beauty

Langham Beauty, our all-in-one beauty landmark, has launched the Green Vitality Beauty Empties Recycling Initiative. In collaboration with the social enterprise V Cycle and over 40 beauty tenants, this initiative aims at promoting sustainable practices.
